We recommend at least committing to 90 days to get habits aligned and consistency in your routine that will help you stay the course. YES! We have detailed questionaries to help understand where you are at mentally and physically with your goals as you are going through the menopause journey. Each Phase will have their own assessments to validate your what your level of fitness is, what your nutrition looks like, what level your happiness and anxiety are at, what your sleep patterns are like, and what may be some of your overall health concerns.

✓ Through each phase, you will get a specifically designed workout plan designed for women like you who are in the midst of the menopause journey. We took all the guesswork out of the process to make it easy for you to follow.
✓ Each 90 days builds upon the next, you will progressively get better, stronger, and more confident as you go through the journey.
✓ Not only will you get workout plans with access to an exclusive fitness app to view and track ALL of your workouts, but you will also get specific coaching with me through each phase.
✓ The beauty of this program is that you can pace yourself and if you do not want to commit for the whole 12 months at the beginning, no problem. You can sign up per phase and finish at your own pace. We recommend not taking off more than 30 days per phase, so you don't lose momentum or regress in your progress.
